Shree is an accomplished, passionate, and highly motivated individual who has over 25 years of successful track record in planning and managing complex, high-value hospitality projects. A strong manager with an engineering degree, proven leadership qualities, and an integral part of a senior management team, he has significant experience in project planning, design development, project management, and CAPEX management.

Shree has gained diverse commercial and technical experience through working in many different parts of the world with top companies. Shree has a natural ability to quickly assimilate challenges, taking charge of managing, coordinating, and focusing on key areas.

 

 

Ravin, holder of Masters in Cloud from Caltech California and Cornell certified in Hotel Design and Planning. Post Graduated in Platform E-Business. An Information technology learner, he focuses on the consultancy sector with a track record of creating innovative technology solutions that support business growth by increasing revenues and reducing costs. An expert in ICT, Audio and Visual, Ai, Cyber Security and law, Digital Platform Models and Data Monetisation, Automation, and cloud Data Privacy. He leads the core design and planning in our company.

Rajiv is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality technology field. He has an impressive track record of working with Marriott Hotels, where he served as a Cluster Manager in India and successfully managed multiple Marriott brands.

As the leader of the VCNS consultancy practice, Rajiv is responsible for managing all projects from the technical design and planning stage. His extensive knowledge of hospitality technology and his ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients.

 

Col. Deepak is a ‘techno-security’ professional with a unique blend of knowledge, skills, and experience in physical security risk and security design. 22 years of military and corporate hands-on physical security risk and design consultancy since 2010 helped him comprehensively diagnose physical security risks and provide bespoke solutions.

His experience includes risk assessments and greenfield security design consultancy projects of manufacturing, public and critical infrastructure projects, commercial spaces, hotels, educational institutes, residential complexes and SEZs. His geographic exposure includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and South Africa.

 

Pramod stands as a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur in the Information Technology sector, boasting an extensive career spanning more than two decades. With his expertise in orchestrating and overseeing large-scale projects catering to a diverse clientele, including the hospitality and corporate domains and his exceptional skills and  commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes have established him as a highly regarded trustworthy figure & a titan within the industry.

 

Prior to establishing VCNS Global, Pramod was at the helm of HITE Engineers & Consultants, a prominent ELV consultancy firm specialized in the hospitality segment. His commitment to excellence, technical prowess, and meticulous approach make him an invaluable contributor to the company's success.
